The chief scientific adviser to the government of India has brought easy and simple ways to manage the COVID-19 at home. They advised people to keep calm and not panic if they are experiencing any symptoms. If they see common symptoms of coronavirus the first thing to do is isolate at home and follow home isolation care. Being mentally strong and believing in yourself is the very first thing to remember. “Yes!, I can win this battle, I can win from this virus”. Keeping oneself hydrated by drinking as much water as one can is a better way. While hydrating don’t forget to monitor the blood oxygen level and temperature. Consult a doctor if oxygen level falls below SpO2 92% or if fever continues. If the SpO2 level fall below doesn’t panic, lies in a prone position, and breathes slowly. Place one pillow below the neck, another one or two pillows below the chest, and the last two pillows under the shins. Keep the door and windows open for open ventilation.
